Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

Professional

I have been a practitioner of wellness, healing, and therapeutic modalities for over 15 years. I am a certified yoga instructor (2015) and meditation teacher (2014). I have my BA in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook (2001) and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University (2021). I am interested in supporting others as they explore their internal and external systems through modalities such as EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Narrative therapy, Polyvagal theory, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Theory, and Ecopsychology.

I work with individuals, couples, and families and focus on various dis-eases such as anxiety, depression, grief, transitions, substance use disorders, and holistic wellness support.

Personal

My interest in the human experience began when I was young, and I was drawn to storytelling, especially folklore, old wives’ tales, and ancient lore. These stories propelled me toward learning more about esoteric studies and the wisdom found in the natural world. As a creative person, I’ve found joy in writing, reading, and learning about where our ancestral knowledge and modern science intersect.

I live in New Milford, CT, with my husband Matt, son Ryan, and our pup Willow.
